About me

I’m Rita Benker, ten-time participant of Ninja Warrior Germany and 1st division Boulder Bundesliga competitor.
What sets me apart as a coach and sports scientist is the combination of competitive experience, precise instructions, individual tips and genuine motivation that carries you through the decisive move. I read lines, optimise technique, measure exertion, stabilise mindset, and cheer you on exactly where it counts: at the obstacle, on the wall, in the workshop, on stage.
When you book me, you don’t get a cookie-cutter approach, but clear, actionable steps that have an immediate effect and last in the long term.
