Ninja sports

Ninja sports is a competitive obstacle course sport in which athletes complete courses involving climbing, jumping, hanging, balancing and swinging as quickly and accurately as possible. It primarily requires strength endurance, grip strength, coordination and mental focus.

Obstacle course racing

Obstacle course racing is a sport in which participants have to overcome numerous obstacles on running tracks (e.g. trail, cross-country, road), such as crawling, climbing, hanging, carrying or balancing. It primarily requires endurance, strength, agility, speed, coordination and mental strength.


Boulder Bundesliga

The Techniker Boulder Bundesliga is the national league for bouldering in Germany. Since 2016, athletes have been competing throughout the season at various venues, collecting points and battling it out for overall victory in three leagues (1st, 2nd and 3rd), separated into men’s and women’s categories. Participants can assess themselves and classify themselves into the league that corresponds to their performance level. A season typically comprises 13 stations, each of which is open for 6 weeks. It primarily requires strength, technique, coordination, precision, body tension and mental problem-solving skills.
